A Big Mess o’ Blues
Last weekend we shared one of our favorite chili recipes with you. When it gets cold there’s nothing better than whippin’ up a big bowl of chili, popping a few tops and listening to some blues. Up in Chicago they put beans in their chili – that’s why they call it the Windy City. Aside from that foolishness, those Chicago folks sure do know how to do the blues. So this weekend, nothing special – just a big mess o’ blues. Chicago style.
