Yeah, we know: Nickelback is the post-millennium version of The Eagles – a band nobody seems to love but is still pretty successful. In its new video, Nickelback even exhibits a sense of humor, enlisting “Seinfeld”‘s Jason Alexander to tell a little story.
Despite itself, “Trying Not To Love” succeeds as a video, partly because it’s so goofy. And mainly, because you barely notice Nickelback’s even in it.
And congrats to Nickelback lead singer Chad Kroeger, on his engagement to singer Avril Lavigne!
